  • Brief Explaination of Modules's Functionalities.

     

 

First There is need to install “Ebay Teckzilla” Module in OpenERP(Odoo).Then there is need to create Instance and Shop in OpenERP(Odoo) like as Follow.

 

 

 

all blue boxes should be fill up by theirs correct value.Dev Id,App Id,Cer Id,Site, Token all this value will seller get from ebay site at the time of creating account in Ebay site.Just need to feed that value's in this form of openerp(Odoo). 

 

   1) List Simple Product and Variation Product from OpenERP(odoo) to Ebay.

 

 

 

 

For uploading Product From OpenERP(Odoo) To Ebay.Create product in OpenERP(Odoo).Fill the Data.Add category & add product in Ebay Product Listing Form.

Then click on button “ Add Product Listing”, after clicking on button it will add product in ebay like as below screenshot.it will update itemid in OpenERP(Odoo) which we recevied from Ebay Automatically.

 

 

 

2.Update product from OpenERP(odoo) to Ebay.

 

   If u want to listed product in ebay click on Update Item button ,by changing data in OpenERP(Odoo).

 

   For example I am going to change title of This product.

 

 

 

 

I changed title in ebay by clicking on “Update product listing” button. As shown in below screen shot.

 

 

 

 

3)update Product price From OpenERP(odoo) to Ebay.

 

   By Clicking on export Price button it will update Price of product in Ebay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

It update price in Ebay as below screen shot.

 

 

4)It will delete product in Ebay By clicking on “End item” button of listing form of OpenERP(Odoo).

 

 

 

5)List variation Product From Openerp(Odoo)to Ebay.

By checking 'Variation Product' like below screen shot ,it will list Variaion product from OpenERP(Odoo) to Ebay.

Variation Product means Product with different colors,size,taste,flavors etc.For example:-

a shirt will be in plain havindg different colors like red,blue,pink etc.This three color will be

variation of plain shirt.  

 

 

It will create variation product in Ebay As below screen shot.In below screen shot u will find there are 3 images in ebay of waxing kit product.one image is mix,& 2nd is of aloveera waxing kit with green box kit and 3rd is honey flavour waxing kit box, there is dropdown name “select wax kit” in shot, u can select option from aloveera waxing kit and honey waxing keet from dropdown and buy it.this is called variation product.

 

 

 

6)We will import products from Ebay to OpenERP(odoo) by clicking on “import order” button of shop.we can update order status in ebay by clicking on Update Order Status Button of shop.

 

 

7)List Auction Product in Ebay.

Auction Product means customer/buyer can do bidding on the product within such period of the listing in Ebay.At the end of listing the customer who did highest bidding on that product he will be buyer of the that auction product in Ebay.

By Selecting type is 'Auction' and clcking on Add Product In Ebay button Auction product will list in Ebay.

 

 

Listed Auction product will look in Ebay like below screen shot.

 

 

8)we wrote Functionality In module that customer will get feedback email of seller's ebay customers like below screen shot.

    In Below shot there is table with 2 record that is the feedback of sellers customer's.

Need to create shop in openerp by filling up above form.

1)List and update product in amazon from openerp need to fill amazon listing form in OpenERP like as below.

 

It will going to list or update product in Amazon by clicking on “upload amazon product” button.It will add or update price in amazon by clicking on “Upload Pricing”.It will add or update image in Amazon by clicking on “Upload Add Images”.It will upload and update quantity in amazon by clicking on button “Upload Inventory”. “Get Feed result” will show in OpenERP the status of product.

For uploading Product in OpenERP,

1) we need to create product in OpenERP.

2) we need to add amazon details in tab of product form like as below.Amazon detail contain fields like search kewyword,style keywords ,bullet ponin,item type,brand,amazon condition which all are important for uploading product in amazon.

3)need to select correct category in listing form.

2)List and Update Variation product In amazon From Openerp.

Variation Product means ,A single product having different color,size,taste,design etc.

For examle:- A white shirt with same design,that shirt will be in other differnt color like blue,red,yellow with having same design and pattern.selling all this 4 shirt product in single amazon listing called variation product.

For upoading or updating variation product in amazon need to

  • Click on “Is Variant”

  • Click on “Upload Amazon Product” button on listing form,it will upload or update product in amazon.

  • Click on “Upload Inventory” ,it will upload or update inventory of product in amazon .

  • Click on “Upload Pricing”,it will upload or update price of product in amazon.

  • Click on “Add Images” button,it will upload or update product images in amazon

  • Click on “Upload Relationship” button.

  • Need to fill amazon detail in tha all variation product like simple product

    like as below...

 

it will list product in amazon like as follow.

 

 

In above shot bed sheet is listed wih 3 different colors orange,yellow,red.customer has need to select which color he/she want & need to click on “Add to Cart” Button.

 

 

3)import order,update price,stock & order.

 

In Amazon shop of openerp

1)By clicking on “Import Orders” Button it will import orders of Amazon in OpenERP as Sale order.In OpenERP User can create delivery order & invoice by confirming sale order.

2)By clicking on “Update Order Status” Button User Can Update Tracking no and order status in Amazon.

3)”Export Price” & “Export Stock” will update price and stock of Existed prodcut in amazon from OpenERP

 

 

 

4)Import FBA orders in OpenERP from Amazon.

What is FBA orders?

There are two type of orders in Amazon.MFN and FBA orders.MFN(regular orders) order menas Manufatcured & Fullfilled(shipped) by amazon and FBA orders means Manufatcured By Seller and Fullfilled(shipped) by Amazon.Amazon_teckzilla module can import FBA orders in Opnerp Also.

 

 

5)Get Buybox owner & amazon repricing.

Amazon teckzilla module not only perform normal operation for amazon.But Amazon teckzilla module also helps seller to increase his business with repricing and buybox owner feature.

What is BuyBox owner?

BuyBox Owner is seller who have highest selling of particular product in amazon.Amazon teckzill can retrive the buboxowner & his/her product prie from amazon,If the other seller is buybox owner of particular product it will update the other sellers price in Opnerp.Amazon repricing feature will update less price (buybox owner price – 1%)then buybox owner price in user's openerp and in amazon.this functionality help to user to become buybox owner in amazon.This feature is performed by two buttons of shop “Update Buy Box Owner” and “Reprice Product”

Amazon shop contains two buttons “Update Buy Box Owner” and “Reprice Product” as shwon in below screen shot..This button will be visible only when reprice will be checked at the time of installation of amazon teckzilla module.

 

 

 

6)Sending Automated Email to customers

After any purchase transaction of your product in amazon.it will send automatic thankyou email to customer for purchasing product.

This feature is help to user to increase their business.

 

7)Get Feedback from Amazon

amazon teckzilla  module can retrive feedback from users customer of amazon as an email.after fix period of time OpenERP will send email of customer feedback from Amazon.
